⸻ I ordered a cake from this bakery and had clearly shown them the design I wanted. I mentioned several times that if they couldn’t make the same one, they could keep it simple instead. They confidently assured me that they would make it exactly as shown. However, when I received the cake, it looked completely different. The color and design didn’t match at all, and it was nothing like what I had requested. When I pointed this out, they simply said, “This one is beautiful and tasty.” That’s not the point — I had asked for a specific design, not just any cake. I was really disappointed with their response and lack of understanding. The taste might be fine, but the overall experience was not. Definitely expected better service and professionalism from them. Worst bakery in Amritsar

We ordered spring rolls and mentioned on request again and again that it should be full pieces as we had to take that out of town but all the pieces of spring rolls were cut and broken
Poor quality and very bad taste

We called and requested to please replace our pieces with full pieces the person who took the order agreed to that
But when we visited the bakery
He spoke so rudely and denied
And used abusive language

Such a third class bakery with tasteless stuff overpriced

I would never recommend to anyone
