The caramello was too sweet. The kunafa chocolate tastes really bad. Not 1 bit like pistachio, the filling isn't creamy the kunafa isn't buttered and roasted well and couldn't feel the pistachio paste at all. Terrible. The tres leches was nice and would've been better if the pastry sponge was softer and more saffron milk base was provided to soak it completely in it. Everything else was superb... the patty, the kulcha, the rusk.
