I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced during my recent order to Organic Fresco. Unfortunately,the staff member who assisted me was not only unprofessional but also attempted to fabricate an explanation for why my food was delayed. Instead of addressing the issue honestly or offering a solution,there behaviour felt dismissive and disrespectful,which added to the frustration of the situation. I value Organic Fresco for its organic products and mindset of the owner who initiates new organic products to the customers and people of the city,however this incident was disappointing and below the standard I have come to expect. I hope you take this matter seriously and look into it,as such behaviour negatively impacts customers trust and loyalty. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the situation and let me know what steps will be taken to address the issue honestly.It was male person and around 1:50 Pm,he made the call. Zomato time was shifted to 24 minutes delay. The issue was addressed to Zomato also. Regards. Hope god bless the person with good thoughts.
