I recently visited Ministry of Bar Exchange with a booking made through Zomato, which offered a 40% discount on the total bill. However, when I presented the booking, the staff refused to honor the discount. What followed was a heated argument that lasted for half an hour, with the management displaying a pathetic attitude. It was unacceptable to see them dispute a legitimate booking and discount offered by their own partner, Zomato. The experience was frustrating and ruined our evening. The management's inability to resolve the issue amicably and their reluctance to honor the discount is a clear indication of their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. Unless they revamp their management and customer service, I would advise others to avoid this place and opt for better alternatives. Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
