I visited Orange Restaurant in Pettammal, Kozhikode recently. The food, especially the Mandhi, was really good — flavorful and well-cooked. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was very poor, with the staff showing little interest or politeness. The toilet wasn’t working, which was highly inconvenient. For a place serving such good food, I expected better hygiene and service. Sadly, the service quality doesn’t match the food. Needs serious improvement. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
