Today 31st October 2025 we had dinner at Hotel Opal and we ordered 4 Mutton Deluxe Thalis, 1 Mutton Fry Thali and 2 Chicken Thalis…. Honestly the Food Quality has deteriorated drastically, Chicken Tastes absolutely average, we ordered Deluxe Mutton thalis with literally NO Mutton in MUTTON FRY but only BONES and this was not the case with 1 thali but 3 thalis… MUTTON KHEEMA was the Saddest, on highlighting this issue the waiter gave 1 small portion of boneless pieces against 3 DISAPPOINTMENTS… I am definitely not going to HOTEL OPAL again as they have just commercialised it without giving any importance to Customers experience… Please Please explore other better options… there are many …. Please avoid OPAL
