Respected Guest, We have noted your 1 Star review. It seems that you were dissatisfied / disappointed with our service for not meeting your particular expectations. We humbly apologize for any shortcomings from our side & humbly regret the inconvenience in this regard. We understand that expectations may vary from person to person & it is difficult to satisfy all in one go. However, we gently disagree with the comments in this review, as they are totally biased & one sided. Had it been the case, then we would not have received so many good reviews from our other esteemed guests who visit our hotel repeatedly.
