Extremely disappointed with Onesta customer service. Went to their outlet last time only to find it closed with no prior notice on any social media platform. Instead, they were advertising unlimited pizza offers under their name. What's worse, their contact number was unreachable or ignored. This kind of service is unacceptable. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 2
