Extremely disappointing experience at the Kalyani Nagar outlet. The staff is poorly trained and unprofessional. I had a reservation for 7:30 PM, arrived at 7:38 PM (within the 15-minute grace period, as valet parking took time), yet my table was given away. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, I had to argue just to get the table I had rightfully reserved.To make matters worse, the staff kept roaming around our table at least eight times, constantly looking at us as if they were waiting for us to leave. At one point, they even pointed at us and told the server to get the table emptied faster to accommodate another group. This was extremely frustrating and disheartening, making it impossible to enjoy our meal. We eventually left halfway through because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt.To top it all off, when I asked them to remove the service charge considering the terrible experience, they flatly refused and said it was not optional. This is unacceptable and goes against customer rights.This is not the level of service expected from a reputed establishment.
