One of The Poorest and worst experience ever of restaurant industry, Shame on you people, atleast if you unable to provide hospitality services to customers then it's better to stop doing business in this format, worst food, degrading your name only, highly late service even in zero occupancy of tables, no stewards have manners to how to handle guest, we need to ask about all crockery, first plates, then spoons then tissue paper and even everything, If you are charging like high end properties then atleast give even a single percent of this to your clients, totally against morals and ethics of retail and public dealing business.
