Olegarios in Candolim delivered an excellent dining experience across the board. The atmosphere was great, boosted by a fantastic live band, and the service was attentive—our waiter was friendly and looked after us well. The food was rich, flavourful, and easily deserves a 5/5 rating. We ordered the boneless Chicken Vindaloo and Butter Chicken, along with garlic naan and plain rice. Both Indian dishes were incredibly tasty. The BBQ Ribs were great too. They were so tender and fell off the bone. Every dish was packed with flavor and high quality. Highly recommend!
