Ilish Paturi [2 Pcs] - It's a steamed hilsa preparation. Raw mustard paste, green chillies, marinates hilsa and raw mustard oil are wrapped together in banana leaf and steamed well. Hilsa fish is of good quality and fresh. Big in pieces.
Ilish Beguner Jhol [2 Pcs] - This is a simple light curry with fresh Hilsa pieces, bringals, nigella and slitted green chillies.
Aloo Phoolkopir Dalna - Bengali style Gobi aloo with green peas and standard masalas. Super tasty.
Chingrir cutlets (2) - freshly prepared prawns big cutlets. Are delicious and served with kasundi .
