Great Experience! Nice rooms and cleanliness. Breakfast spread was good too. While the in room dining is expensive but very tasty. The hotel even packed me breakfast when I had to leave early morning one day, which was definitely a great gesture! Service: 5

Location wise good. Room are bit smaller than expected. Hotel staffs are friendly and hospital. We met one of the staff Yamini , she was very friendly and helpful. Service: 5

1. Excellent location 2. Very poor room service ( orders were delivered very late, after repeated reminders). At one point, the kitchen stopped receiving our calls. 3. No sea facing balconies. 4. The sea view window remained condensed, so no point in having sea view rooms Service: 2
