Be careful with the services When I entered, I see that this is not roof top restaurant. The glass based wall is built to see the road. Secondly, they didn't give regular water when I asked for. Initially they said they will give, but later on they said that purifier is not working. Then I insisted that this is not acceptable. Finally he brought the water bottle that he took when I said that I need regular water. They want to sell their Okaz water bottle for 45 rupees. I think they are doing with others as well. Thirdly we have served food by ourselves they are not at al worried. Finally cost for each item are sky rocketing. They put cost 5 star costs but food was not that great. Customer is nothing to them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I visited Oakaz Rooftop Restaurant recently, and honestly, it was a mixed experience. The place has a decent vibe, and the food was okay However, what really disappointed me was the staff behavior. And it felt like they weren’t really interested in making the customers feel comfortable. It honestly took away from the whole experience. I believe service plays a huge role in any restaurant visit, and unfortunately, the attitude and approach of the staff here didn’t leave a good impression on me. With better hospitality, this place could be much more enjoyable. Hope they work on improving the customer experience. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
