This has reference to my Order ID: 1057383139. On 9th March 2019 at around 6.00 pm, I placed the said order along with three other orders. These 4 orders were placed for my parents; one for Soup, one for starter, one for main course and one four dessert. I informed my parents about the same and I went out for some work. When I returned back to home at around 10.00 pm, I was surprised to note from my parents that out of 4 orders only 3 orders were delivered by Zomato. I immediately contacted Zomato Support via chat and communicated to them that I have NOT received the Order ID: 1057383139 from O Cakes. The support team tried to contact the restaurant almost for one hour but unable to do so and finally suggested me to write to [email protected]

I am really surprised by the said matter as it was not at all expected from Zomato. Note that I did not receive any message (SMS) from Zomato about pick up of my order from the restaurant nor I received name or contact number of runner. Also the number of restaurant provided on Zomato site is not picked up by the restaurant.

In light of above, I request you to look into the matter and refund full amount along with penalty / bonus for the inconvenience caused to me and my parents.
