My recent visit to Noorjahan Restaurant in Palakkad was worst. It took so many time to arrive the food after we order that and lacked flavor. The real disappointment, though, was the waiter. He seemed completely disinterested in our table, forgetting our orders multiple,he things like he was the owner of the shop very dirty behavior. If we call him also he didn't even mind us like his ear is not working properly fully disappointed with that.The waiter's attitude didn't help, making the entire experience frustrating.The service and food quality was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend Noorjahan Restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently dined at Noorjehan Open Grill Restaurant and loved the ambiance! The food was exceptional, with standout dishes like the grilled salmon. Service was attentive and friendly. Prices were reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Grew up eating delicious Biriyani of Noorjahan, this outlet is not living upto the expectation. Food varieties were limited and taste was average. Service could have been better. They should increase options and service staff's.
