The menu of Indian cuisine is to the pleasure of all visitors here. At this restaurant, guests can have tasty salads, fried chicken and butter chicken. Order good payasam and tasty ice cream.
Food delivery is a big plus of Navaratna Restaurant. The courteous staff reflects the style and character of this place. Spectacular service is something that people highlight in their comments. The lovely atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Report incorrect information
I recently ordered a Chicken Biriyani Combo from D 9 Navaratna Restaurant through Zomato. The order included Chicken Biriyani, Malabari Kozhi Porichathu, and a 250 ml Pepsi for ₹375. My experience was extremely disappointing.
Quality and Quantity: The biriyani was of average quality. The chicken portion was just 10-20 grams, which is ridiculously small. The Pepsi provided was worth ₹20, and the quantity of the combo did not justify the price at all. Essentially, it felt like I paid ₹375 for a subpar biriyani and a ₹20 Pepsi.
Service:Although the delivery was timely (30-45 minutes), the restaurant failed to deliver on its promises. I was very hungry and had been looking forward to this meal based on past positive experiences, but this time, it was a letdown.
Customer Support: When I called the restaurant to address these issues, they rudely cut the call, promising to call back in 5 minutes but never did. They also ignored my WhatsApp messages.
Based on this experience, I feel that D 9 Navaratna is cheating its customers by providing misleading descriptions and poor service. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant and will not be ordering from here again.
