The service was extremely poor. We arrived at 11:30 PM because Zomato indicated that the pub was open until 1 AM. However, the staff refused to take our order. After a lot of communication, They suggested we take beer as a takeaway but did not bother to explain why the timing was listed incorrectly. Additionally, the 1+1 deal on all items that Zomato advertised from 7 PM to 12:30 AM was not honored. The staff denied knowledge of this offer and claimed they were closed. I am very disappointed with the service at Noida Pub Exchange and the misinformation provided by Zomato.
