One star only because the food tasted decent – that’s the only silver lining.I’ve rarely come across such pathetic service in recent times. Every single item we ordered took 20-30 minutes to arrive, which completely ruined the experience. I asked for onions – something so basic – and they brought it after I had already finished the rest of my food. To top it off, we were made to wait another 15 minutes just to get the bill.The staff seemed indifferent and disorganized. For a place that calls itself a restobar, this level of service is simply unacceptable.I strongly recommend avoiding Noida Pub Exchange. There are far better places around with better service and respect for customers' time.
