As we are from Kozhikkode, comparing this restaurant with the famous restaurants in the Calicut city. Felt thefood same like Calicut. The parking area is little cramped. There was a water leaking inside the restaurant because of heavy rain while the time we visited Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time experience of Uptown was good. The spacing and seating was good and didn't look crammed up. The menu options are good for a city like palghat which has people visiting from different states and genres. Overall a good place to enjoy good food. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

We recently ordered a takeaway meal for seven from N M R's UPTOWN restaurant in Palakkad, and even though we didn’t dine in, the restaurant made a great impression! The interiors are beautifully designed with a warm and inviting setup that’s both modern and appealing. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and willing to help at every step, making the visit smooth and pleasant. The valet drivers were prompt and professional, ensuring quick service from the moment we arrived. As for the food, we tried both the NMR Special and Calicut Biriyani, and they were delicious—full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The packaging was also top-notch, meeting all our expectations for quality and presentation. Overall, the restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience both in ambiance and taste.
