Summary - Can Try Once ( Don't bother about cost - may not be get satisfied ) Visited today for lunch with family ( Bill attached to get to know about the rates ) Food - Average **** Fish curry meals - you will get only a piece which will be similar to a dice , don't know my reference is actually big compared to which we get to eat Patience is the most important thing you need to have when you enter here. 30 - 45 mintues waiting outside the hotel ( waiting seems not enough as crowded high and peak time between 12 pm to 2 pm ) Next - after getting seat - it will take around 10 minutes till someone will come take your orders Then - you need to wait 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get the food , even though for meals Taste - was OK Portion was low Washroom - it's high time to add more ( gents single door room , that's not enough for these much crowd ) Ambience - it's good to add some slow music or something , as crowded these much Try once Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

We recently ordered a takeaway meal for seven from N M R's UPTOWN restaurant in Palakkad, and even though we didn’t dine in, the restaurant made a great impression! The interiors are beautifully designed with a warm and inviting setup that’s both modern and appealing. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and willing to help at every step, making the visit smooth and pleasant. The valet drivers were prompt and professional, ensuring quick service from the moment we arrived. As for the food, we tried both the NMR Special and Calicut Biriyani, and they were delicious—full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The packaging was also top-notch, meeting all our expectations for quality and presentation. Overall, the restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience both in ambiance and taste.
