I recently visited Nisarga Grand with family and had a mixed experience. The food itself was decent — nothing extraordinary, but good enough in terms of taste. Same cannot be said about the portion size. The Ragi rotti was small in size. Chutney was totally disappointing. Jeera rice and mushroom fried rice was good. There was hardly any Kaalu (pulses) in Madike kaalu saagu. The service was quite poor and disappointing. After placing our order, we waited around 10–15 minutes, only to be told that the item we had requested wasn't available. Kids ordered Poori and were waiting, just to hear they don't have it after like 10 minutes. This happened more than once, which made the experience frustrating. It seems like communication between the kitchen and the service staff needs serious improvement. They didn't even had a scissor to cut open the sauce packet. Overall, while the food may be okay, the lack of efficient service makes it hard to recommend this place — especially if you're on a tight schedule or expecting a smooth dining experience. Parking shouldn't be a problem. They have plenty of space for both 2 wheelers and cars. I visited recently. Hopeless food and rude management/ staff. I told the person at the cash counter about the poor quality of Puliyogare. He didn't bother to even listen to me. I will never visit again.
