I ordered food through Zomato. The app showed the order would arrive within 5 minutes, and the delivery partner was already waiting. However, the restaurant kept delaying the order for more than 1 hour.I even called the restaurant, and they kept saying they were packing the order again, but the delay continued.This is extremely poor service and a complete waste of time. Such behavior is unacceptable and very disappointing for customers.
