    Well '" First off The cakes are 10% cake and 90% icing and the cakes are kept in the store for about a week, Even after the cakes have gone bad they dont throw it and wait for it be sold , The cakes on The display are not even on cold - preservative temperature , they keep the temperature down even in hot days .. I bought a cake fresh on and ate it within 20 mins of buying and the choclate and the icing were melting and by the taste of it , it had gotten bad , it was a mother days present and it was all ruined , we had to throw it out since the keepers didn,t . The cake was so old , it was dry , the icings oily and flakey , the addings almost too soft at touch , This has happened twice with us and it also caused stomach problems twice , Wish they cared a little about the state of cakes to be sold , Why sell rotten cakes ?
