Hotel forget their first duty, have visited today 22nd October 2025, next 15 min no one attend our table after receptionist offer seat. We called one guy after 20 min and ask him to serve the water. Water cm after 20 min. After that placed the order of starter but order not cm after a hr. Very poor service, no proper replies. Hotel just stop the show sha and atleast focused on their first duty to serve the food for hunger. We left from their without eating anything after sending 1.5 hr. And they really cool and not ashamed on their service. Now days loud music too much light called hi- class hotel. Is it really mandatory??? Or food ?? Just spent on travelling and mineral water. Price per person: ₹800–1,000

Visited Next Lvl Bar & Kitchen (नेक्स्ट एलवीएल बार & किचन), Union Park, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400071 on 13th September 2025 for a birthday lunch with a group of 7 people. The place has a very good vibe beautiful, modern, and aesthetic interiors that make it perfect for get-togethers and celebrations. We ordered a variety of items including fries, pizzas, and a few more dishes. Everything we tried turned out excellent in both taste and presentation. The service was smooth, staff was attentive, and overall the experience was really nice. The total bill came down to ₹7,304 including taxes, which felt reasonable for the quality of food and ambience. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good food along with a lively ambience in Chembur.
