Sakshi and all of the other hotel staff. Lovely service at the hotel. We were well loved and cared for. The staff were amazing. They went out of the way to make the stay memorable. They provided us with a great welcome drink when we checked in and were really kind. The food was amazing. The employees always greeted us with a smile. The hotel also extended a room for us to stay for extra time without us even asking them. They well and beyond our expectations. A shout out to Sachin to making us feel welcomed . Always smiling and making sure that we were looked after really well. Also He organised the car for a full day to go out and see csm terminus, the Gateway of India and Marine Drive. The lovely experience of how the hotel looked after us really well motivates us to come to Mumbai again for a holiday. Service: 5
