Date: 6th July 2025 Today I went to have breakfast with Family... FOOD is avarage.. Most redicolus part is service... 3rd time I asked for Chatni,Waiter is refusing to give as said it's not available, then why you are selling. Asked for samber in a bowl as we are not habituated to have in side dosa, again they refused it. 4 bada we have packed they did not give Chatni inside.. So total mess as a family restaurant. Aside I forgot to take my cap from the restaurant, 30 min later while I checked with them they said may customer took it. Best part is Waiters are laughing at the back. Most probably waiters kept the cap.Will never be there any more. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had bad experience with murugan itly shop today.we buying the food regularly from there, Always that hotel cashier behaving very rued also low response but today they behaved like very adamant since my self & another one person waited much time at billing counter also that person is like begging to put bill for 8 idly's even after also he is not responded for both our voice but responding for new walk-in, I seeing this kind of approach also lose my temper & fighting with him due to irregular response.. He & his subordinate both were behaving very indiscipline also said that " you can go out if cant wait, can't give priority to you we can put bill with my own way" i am told that don't show attitude with customers since we are paying money for food so treat properly also respond with smile.. Even though they not changed the attitude also told very straightly to go out.. Its not good manner to handling customers .. We decided that never to buy the food from this hotel also not recommending my friends since respect is most important for all kind of peoples even poor or rich.
