Worst ever experience! Had to wait for 20 + minutes for just 1 med popcorn! Untrained staffs and slow moving cashier! They are clueless! Products are ready but service is snail paced! To add fuel to the fire the masala is not properly coated! Not eve 1/3 of the portion had the masala in it. Highly dissatisfied! Inspection is definitely needed for this store. The manager wasn’t ready to help the team when they asked for his help. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The worst branch of all time, no customer service , no good food always soggy, always messy, always late or delayed. Never meets the expectations of kfc as a reputed brand it's only fair to do something from this absolute disaster this branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
