Yesterday, we visited the KFC Kelambakkam branch and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The food quality did not meet expectations — the fries were old, the lava cake was not fresh, the Zinger Pro combo was unsatisfactory, the Pepsi lacked carbonation, and the mojito was overly sweet. When we initially shared our feedback, the staff response was rude and dismissive. Later, the manager addressed the issue, apologized, and replaced the fries and Pepsi. The difference in quality was clearly noticeable. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and necessary steps will be taken to improve both food quality and customer service at this branch.
