I decided to check out New Moorthy Café for lunch today – and wow, it was super crowded. We ended up waiting around 10-15 mins just to get a seat (yeah, there’s actually a sitting queue!). We went all in with the order – mutton biryani, chicken gravy, pepper prawn masala, nool parotta, bun parotta, and egg kushka. Sounds like a feast, right? But honestly the food was just okay. Like, nothing mind-blowing or “OMG I need to come back” level. Taste-wise, kinda average. And the prices? Definitely on the higher side for that kind of experience.
