Unfortunately, Dubai Restaurant & Mandi Hall wouldn't be the most ideal venue for a graduation celebration. While their Mandi is surely delicious, it's more of a casual dining spot and wouldn't have the celebratory ambiance you'd want for a graduation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
