The food and ambience is great! However, I felt very disappointed for the way the service is managed. I am writing this review as I am a well wisher, so don't take it in the wrong way. We had conducted an event there a couple of months ago and as such, we know apart from restaurant, there are rooms to conduct events. Every time we visit the restaurant for having dinner or lunch, no one from the management comes and let the people know what they offer. Absolutely poor marketing from the staff. On another time, I called the restaurant's contac nuber the and no one bothered to call me back. There is also no home delivery beyond 3 kms from the restaurant. We wanted to place an order above 1000rs and also told we are happy to pay the service charge, however the offer was declined. I hope these are taken seriously. Again, this is a great restaurant with a lot of potential to grow but highlighting these issues so that you guys can resolve this.

"A Truly Delightful Dining Experience" From the moment we arrived, New Monarch Family Restaurant impressed. The parking was ample and convenient, making it easy to find a spot. The restaurant itself boasts a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for a family meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our dining experience. The service was prompt and efficient, with our orders arriving in a timely manner. But the true star of the show was the food. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. Whether it was Fried Rice and Paneer Butter Masala or Fish Thali Meals, the quality was consistently excellent. Overall, our dining experience at New Monarch Family Restaurant was truly wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a delicious and enjoyable meal in a welcoming atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited this place at 12:30 on New Year's Day. The restaurant staff informed us that the wait time for lunch would be 25 minutes. However, after waiting for 35 minutes, the staff came back and reconfirmed our order. The food finally arrived another 25 minutes later. While the food was undeniably great, the unprofessional behaviour of the staff was unacceptable. When we inquired about the delay, they explained that the kitchen was understaffed due to New Year celebrations the previous night. If that were the case, they should have been honest about it upfront, which they were not. We were already running late and had several hours of travel ahead to reach our next destination. Their unprofessionalism and delays in serving the food wasted our time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
