I tried their signature Beef Roast, and let me tell you—this is it! The best beef roast I’ve ever had in a hotel. The beef roast and porotta combo is simply unbeatable, a must-try for anyone who loves flavorful, well-cooked beef. If you're in Kallambalam, don’t miss this! Highly recommended! However, the serving staff and overall cleanliness could be improved. The place gives more of a local hotel feel, and the staff is not well-dressed, which affects the dining experience a bit.
