Chinese food is good at this place. This restaurant is to be recommended for perfectly cooked fish curry, roast beef and chicken biryani. Try good payasam. As guests write in their reviews, tea offered at New Kairali Family Restaurant is great.
Food delivery is a big advantage of this place. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this spot is something one can name fine. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are democratic. Most of the time, the exotic atmosphere is to be found here. The average score of this restaurant on Google is 4.1.

Okay, I would rather list things than write paragraphs. 1. We found a cockroach in our fish curry. The owner gave a single complementary palappam and did nothing else. 2. We were billed for the curry we found cockroach in. 3. Most of the staff were new (totally fine because everybody is trying to make a living). But what upset us was that the owner was very rude to one staff member in front of us because the poor dude failed to tell us what was available on the menu properly. I do not think it was a major mistake nor that we said it was. What we felt bad was the owner making the staff feel belittled in front of us. He must have felt very bad. :(. We apologize to the staff. The food was okay, except for the cockroach, which again upset us a lot. It used to be really good. It was our regular tea spot. Don't think we'll go there again. MY FIRST TASTE of AUTHENTIC KERALA CHICKEN BIRYANI For our first dinner in Bangalore, we were brought to New Kairali Restaurant by our host. I wasn’t expecting much. The place wasn’t particularly decent-looking - more like a simple canteen, the kind you’d find in a street corner in the Philippines. But I ended up having what might be the best Chicken Biryani I’ve tasted so far. When the dish arrived, it looked like just a plain mound of Basmati rice in a bowl. I actually asked where the chicken was - but our host smiled and said, “Just eat it—you’ll see.” Sure enough, buried beneath the layers of fragrant rice was tender, flavorful chicken, cooked using the “dum” method, where the meat and rice are slow-cooked together to infuse the flavors. I can’t say for sure if this is the best Chicken Biryani in all of Bangalore, but it definitely set the bar high. I’ve tried Chicken Biryani in places like Puerto Princesa and Cebu, but they don’t come close. What stood out in Bangalore was the deep, complex flavor of the spices and herbs-rich, aromatic, and unforgettable. And as for the other dishes we ordered, they were all equally tasty. The New Kairali Family Restaurant, in Kammannahalli, Nehru Road, Bengaluru city has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious Kerala dishes, beautiful presentation, wide list of kerala snacks and wonderful desserts. Highly recommended to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Amazing authentic Kerala food. And amazing experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool. it’s 100% worth it. The Sea food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best Kerala meal we had while in. When we think about birthday / anniversary celebrations, is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, Very economic too. Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining with family & friends. This is my absolute favorite Kerala restaurant in Kammannahalli, Nehru Road, Bengaluru city. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal with great ambience - GLEN Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
