Thank you for ruining my birthday lunch with my family! We called the restaurant thrice in the week to ask for a reservation. They told us that there’s no need for a reservation as they will have tables available and we can do a walk-in anytime. They open at 1:30pm, we reached at 2pm on a Friday and were told that we have to wait 30min. My elderly parents were asked to wait in the stairway, there was no waiting area either. We walked out and went to another restaurant nearby. It was a complete disaster to our plan. Despite planning early and trying to get a booking, we were let down quite disgracefully. Shame on the management for having such untrained staff. Service: 1

The Bamboo restaurant in Hrbr layout is a great place to dine with your family and friends... We had gone there to have dinner and had ordered their Bamboo mutton biryani, Mutton chops, Dilkhush kabab, chicken thikka masala and Rotis. I found all the items in the restaurant to be delicious except the biryani they use long grain rice like that in Jaipur/delhi.... It just didn't seem right with me... Apart from the biryani the starters and gravy item was really good.. Definitely a place to visit. Found the ambience to be soothing and the service was fast. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
