I have never found such an authentic taste since leaving my hometown. Phli Rasoi brings the true flavors of CG, MP, and UP dhabas. I ordered online from swiggy, the matar paneer curry (veg meal option), which was superb with real fresh green peas and mildly fried paneer. The wheat rotis were just like homemade, and the packaging was excellent, with a special personal note from the team. A special thanks to the chef who prepared this amazing dish and to the owner, who truly deserves appreciation for delivering this level of authenticity. I highly recommend everyone to try them out! It’s no wonder they have 5-star ratings on Google and Swiggy. Please keep this recipe going, as it will definitely rock! Great job, team Phli Rasoi—I’m now a loyal customer.
