I recently visited New Hotel Grand Biriyani, and I must say – it exceeded my expectations! Mutton Biriyani – 5/5 Perfectly cooked seeraga samba rice, tender chunks of flavorful mutton, and that rich, aromatic masala This biriyani is truly grand! The spice level was just right, and the meat was so soft it melted in the mouth. Easily one of the best mutton biriyanis I've had in the area. Mutton 65 – 5/5 Crispy on the outside, juicy and spicy on the inside – the mutton 65 was a real treat. It was freshly fried, not oily, and perfectly seasoned.
