Lot of positive changes have happened wrt it's management, cleanliness and Administration.... However much more can be done to make it world class and traveller friendly...Afterall it's the capitals station

On the way to New Delhi Railway station Paharganj side , always so much of crowd and no proper police management. Always there is messy auto an others standing on the waybto reach station. Sometime because of that , travellers could not catch train.
