Terrible Service, Wrong Billing & Bad Food – Highly Disappointing! We visited Plum Coffee and Cocktails and had one of the worst dining experiences ever. We ordered two dim sums and kebabs, and ended up waiting almost an hour for the first dish. One dim sum arrived after ages, and the second came 10–20 minutes later. Same story with the kebabs—slow, delayed, and absolutely frustrating. Surprisingly, the pizza came early but tasted horrible. Then we ordered white sauce pasta and mix sauce pasta, which again took 30 minutes. When we asked them to cancel because of the delay, it magically came early—but was undercooked and tasteless. Zero quality, zero consistency. And now for the worst part:. While billing, they added 3 quantities of dim sums even though we ordered only two, and also charged extra prices not matching the menu. This is straight-up fraud. The staff had no sense of hospitality, no apologies, nothing. Overall: Terrible food, pathetic service, slow kitchen, and dishonest billing. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and mood. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+
