13 Parbon Bengali Restaurant is located on Swargadwar Road near Swargadwar, near Puri Golden Sea beach in Puri, Odisha. We have recently visited this place for both Lunch and Dinner. The food quality was okay. The overall food was good in taste. But one thing they were charging very high price for extra rice (Rs. 60 per plate). Otherwise this place is okay to visit but not budget friendly in every situation. The food tasted okay (not the best) the quantity was very little (not enough for 2 people like they said) and the service and behaviour was very rude from some staff. They need to improve customer service .
