Pathetic service, it wasn't good experience for me at all, I don't consume spicy food, i ordered sandwiches and Maggie, and i had word regarding about food that should be less spicy, however it was spicy and little bit unhygienic, awkward smell was there in sandwiches. Plus my coffee cup wasn't clean some coffee stain was clearly visible in cup. I spoke about this issue on their official Instagram page, instead of solving my problem and just because i stated reality and facts they literally blocked me from thier official Instagram page, This shows their actual character towards consumers. Rude staff and zero skills to handle consumers. I'm going to take this to official Nescafe site. And make sure official brand take action against them.
