The app showed that my order was “served”, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed me that the order was not yet ready. This caused confusion and unnecessary waiting, defeating the purpose of placing an order ahead of time. This appears to be a system-related issue that led to a poor customer experience. Every time we visit Bharuch this Mcdonalds is our go to for lunch on the way back. The place is clean Food is great The Staff is always Prompt and Polite And the atmosphere is good too We have always had a great experience at this outlet Absolutely love it!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

If you go inside McDonald's you feel weather like desert. Even you can check there outside parking area like moon land I do attached a photo you can see how is it..staff behaviour and service is excellent. Also food is delicious . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Burger and Fries with Coke Premium Meal
