Absolutely pathetic service. This place is being run by a handful of young, clueless boys with no sense of customer service or order management. After ordering a pizza, we had ordered a burger, and shockingly, we had to wait for over an hour. After several reminders to the waiter, he casually turned to his junior and asked him to start preparing it — as if we had just placed the order. When we decided to cancel the order out of sheer frustration, we were told that big orders go first as the family of 12 sitting next to us was their only priority — all the staff were running around serving them, while completely ignoring other customers. If you value your time and expect even basic service, avoid this place at all costs. Neopolitan Pizza Somnath needs a serious overhaul in staff training and time management before they can even think of running a food outlet professionally at such a great location.
