Not good, room smells, not clean as showing on goggle, I had prebooked my stay in advance by paying the advance however once I reached the nearby location and tried to contact they didnt answer, at reception they ask you to contact to the person you booked. . I whatsapp him, room's are not cleaned as showing the picture as family we can't stay in you property, asked the 50% refund of advance no response

“Best experience and Reception manager along with team members are very professionally… Mr. Yash and reception team members were warmly welcoming in the lobby… I’m very impressed with the reception check-in process as well as check-out procedure and polite behaviour. During my stay he helped me a lot and guided me to the local area, malls, shopping centre etc.”. Best experience in a hotel riverfront
