NEF NEF Mandi and Grills with takeaway food is good for those clients who like to have dinner on the go. Have a nice time here and share perfectly cooked butter chicken, beef and naan with your friends. The success of this place would be impossible without the gracious staff. Nice service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. Most visitors are loyal to this spot because of the calm atmosphere. But many people who use Google didn't grant NEF NEF Mandi and Grills a high rating.

Service is too bad.. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. .. There was no parking facility which we were ready to adjust..We ordered teddy bear chocolate mousse and lotus biscoff salankatte, waited for 1 hour.. Even people in other table who came after half an hour got the order.. I think the staff forgot to report our order.. And finally they brought the salankatte ( as they said).. While eating I felt it is not salankatte as I had it earlier from other shops and I mentioned to the staff, then he asked " Did you had it from our restaurant we only serve the authentic one" then I checked the menu the photograph they provided even didn't match.. When I pointed out then only he agreed the order was misplaced..The dish we got (I think it was qashtuta or koshari) was not at all good.. We didn't like tge taste and we were not at all planning to buy that.. There was no offer from their side to replace the order, ( if so we would have paid for both).And again the wait and we didn't recieve the other order..we enquired again and he said the item was over and there is delay in bringing it...They could have said this earlier atleast when we asked..We were ready to wait another 15 minutes as we told our 3 year old child and he was expecting the teddy. But they couldn't assure delivery in 15 minutes.. So we cancelled tgat part and went for the bill. They charged us for the wrong item they served without any reduction...It was not too hectic and we could see many staffs walking clueslessly... We were totally disappointed rather than for the waste of money and time, our child who was eagerly waiting for the teddy mousse.. Mistakes can happen but atleast we expected an apology.
