This is the worst hotel... we had booked 2 rooms , the food was just disgusting from the breakfast to the dinner so horrible the girl in the reception Neha omg she was the rudest and the most arrogant staff neelam employed and the spa session was so so bad i wasted my money and the most important thing the hotel was haunted including the spa steam room espicallly room H2 guys pls be careful, if u ever plan to go there all the best

Neelams the grand hotel in GOA is a good & decent place for families, The location is great service was also good but the hotel property is a little bit old structure now, needs to be updated in today's modern interiors, And restaurant food was too good, I want to thank you specially to mr: shyam, mr: saddam & ms: prathama, for great service and management Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Child-friendly
