I recently visited this shop It's was nice experience icecream is very nice good test all flavours is too good and icecream tast is natural real taste of any fruit this shop the shopkeeper nature is good all information is provided must visit this shop

Visited Natural Ice Cream recently. Yuvraj was very helpful and explained everything nicely. The products were fresh and tasted really good. Service was quick, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Would definitely visit again.

Worst service for naturals outlet. I had order a few scoops of ice cream and 2 strawberry sundae (seasonal). After receiving all the scoops and waiting 10-15 mins for the sundae, they say that malai ice cream isn’t available, we can replace with another flavour. I said Any other flavour isn’t like sitaphal or coconut wouldn’t go with strawberry, hence asked for a refund. Then they said that let me check again, he went inside and said ok I will arrange. I waited another 10 mins and then asked, he said your order is getting ready. It’s an experience to eat ice cream with family, my family already had theirs, I asked them to let it be and just give me refund. Again they made me wait for the refund as well. And then brought 1 sundae, I said I now don’t want to have it as I already was annoyed and didn’t have the mood to eat alone. The refund was then given and they were not even sorry for that. The staff behaviour is very rude. Not the standard naturals as a brand has in Mumbai. I have lived in Mumbai and have had Naturals ice cream many a times. Surat outlet needs to raise some standards. Disappointed.
