My first time I visited the hotel. Just loved the food - pongal, dose and karupatti ukkara. However, next time I wanted to parcel the sweet, on contacting them over phone, they said it’s ready, whereas when I came to collect, they said it’s still being made and said 5 minutes more. I waited for 20 whole minutes after which they said another 10 minutes, I left. This was very unpleasant experience. Service quality can be improved. Customers time also needs to be valued, something which is going to be made available at 7 pm was told it’s ready at 6 pm. Service: Takeaway Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
