Eclat Cafe is a almost new cafe in the area of perungudi on the street right next to Paradise Biryani..Clubbed with a spa and a banquet hall and a private cinema with some basic parking on a secluded street..
The Ambiance is quite good with basic spacious and also some comfortable seating..The walls are adorned with some portraits and some well designed decor..The interiors is some thing thats good about this place even with the limited space..One issue was the presence of the couple of flies which were a menace...
The Service is something that needs improvement..After getting seated in an almost empty restaurant i had to ask for menu to get it even after couple of minutes..Though all tables have a bottle of water again i had to ask for a glass couple of times..The order was taken with least interest and when i had a doubt in the menu the server had to call someone on the phone to get his doubt cleared..
Placed ordered for chicken Spaghetti Combo with an option of pesto chicken spaghetti pasta and a le blue mojito..which arrived with a waiting time of 20 mins..
Pesto chicken Spaghetti : Due to the waiting time i had a hope the food will be fresh and tasty but that exactly wasnt the case as though it was on the fresh side it wasn't tasty..Served in layers which had chicken cubes in the bottom topped with spaghetti and on top that was a layer of pesto sauce..Sadly each layer had an issue..I like the chicken cubes to be plain boiled ones or to have the flavor of the sauce but here it had a kind of a bbq taste to it which kind of put the whole experience off..The Spaghetti was a bit undercooked..And the worst part of the whole dish was the pesto sauce which had a very raw taste and smell which was too mush for me to take..
Le Blue Mojito : It was served well in advance but wasnt mixed properly as the essence was all at the bottom..But once mixed it was chilling and quite refreshing..
Pricing though is on the average side with decent quantity and quality there are few improvements needed with a major haul needed in the service department..
