See Ballard Estate by default, the guests' recommendation is to visit this restaurant as well. Native Bombay is recommended to Indian cuisine lovers. Try good fried chicken, cheese naans and chicken tikka. Tasty cheesecakes, chocolate bomb and kulfi will impress you at the first bite. It's a must while visiting this place to order delicious negroni, wine or cordial. Great berry cocktails or good coffee will make your meal tastier and you'll certainly come back.

We were server by Afzal. The food was good. Dal makhani was great and the dessert was good too

Great place for family dinner/lunch. Serves purely North Indian cuisine. The coconut infused peach iced tea was too good.

Extremely Disappointed with Native Bombay – A Ruined Birthday Evening Due to Utter NegligenceOn 12th May, I made a confirmed reservation at Native Bombay, Fort Mumbai, at 3:00 PM for a table at 8:00 PM for 3 guests to celebrate my wife’s birthday — a special evening we had been looking forward to.To our shock and disbelief, when we reached the restaurant at 8:20 PM, the place was completely shut. There was no sign, no notification, and absolutely no prior communication anywhere — not on their page, not in any confirmation message, nothing at the venue either. When I called the restaurant to understand what was going on, I was met with an incredibly casual and indifferent response. They simply said, “We’re closed for the next three days for maintenance.”No apology. No acknowledgment. Not even a hint of concern. It was as if they couldn’t care less.It felt like we were being told, “We’re shut — deal with it.”On a day that meant so much to us, this attitude was honestly infuriating. How can a restaurant take reservations when they know they are shut? The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy was shocking. We were left stranded on the road on my wife’s birthday, having to scramble for last-minute dinner plans — all because a well-rated restaurant couldn’t be bothered to update their status or inform guests in advance.Native Bombay — hospitality is not just about a beautiful space or good food. It’s about respecting the people who choose to walk through your doors. The experience you gave us was careless, thoughtless, and absolutely unacceptable.

Mr Sheth, We are truly sorry for the deeply disappointing experience you had — especially on an occasion as special as your wife’s birthday. Accepting your reservation despite the restaurant being scheduled for closure was a serious oversight, and we fully understand how upsetting and disruptive this must have been. We take complete responsibility for the lapse. We are currently reviewing our internal processes to ensure such a situation never happens again. Clear communication and respect for our guests' time and trust are core values for us, and we deeply regret failing to uphold them in your case. We understand this experience may have shaken your confidence in us, but we sincerely hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you. We would be truly grateful for the chance to welcome you back and demonstrate the standard of hospitality Native Bombay stands for. Thank you again for your valuable feedback — it’s through voices like yours that we grow and improve.
