Availed the Thursday offer and the manager said it’s 40 minutes waiting but we got a table after more than an hour. We were shocked to see the hike in prices along with too many terms and conditions like buying a compulsory drink per person. The staff was very entitled and the service was slower than a snail, especially cause we were being timed on our meal. Every time we ordered they took away the menu even if not required by anyone.The waiter was super clumsy too, spilling ginger and sauces on the table without having the decency to clear it up.We had to ask for water multiple times too, the food quality has also deteriorated.Overall we had a pathetic experience, not worth it at all.

The manager is so rude. We went for the Thursday offer, so understandably they were slammed. But they’ve increased prices, force their over priced drinks on you, and there is 10% compulsory service charge. Like isn’t that actually illegal??????? Literally never coming back here. Also the waiters are so clumsy, they spilt their overpriced drinks and useless condiments on us.

Fond of Asian Cuisine? If yes kuai Kitchen is the perfect spot at colaba causeway. The food and hospitality are top notch. My food recommendations Honey Chilli Lotus Root. Most favourite appetizer and they have nailed this one to perfection. Kuai Special Roll. The restaurant has a wonderful phrase write in the front which says "No Sushi No Life" and this one definitely lives up to the expectations. Hakka chilli garlic noodles. This one is a spice bomb and is a definite must try if you like your food to be super Spicy. American Chopsuey. Tangy sweet crispy and my most favourite delicacies of the outlet. Their Piñacolada is just impeccable Chocolate Panda Bao. Choco bomb presented in the best possible way. Overall a delightful experience Happy and Safe Fooding Until Next Time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
