If in Shimla do go here and try a steaming hot glass of the very famous doodh jalebi. It is a comfort food in the cold weather of Shimla.

When in Shimla, you HAVE TO try this outlet. In the busy streets of Lower Bazaar, you find this old school wooden table sweet shop famous for it's DOODH JALEBI. Milk boiled at simmer till a layer of cream gets deposited on the surface. The jalebi partially dissolves in the milk just instantly. The Samosa is a must try to.
