I visited Nasi and Mee in Koramangala yesterday for lunch and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the food was below average, what really soured the whole experience was their questionable business practices and complete disregard for customer safety. To begin with, I was shocked to find an illegal 10% service charge added to my bill. This left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness should be fundamental in any establishment, and adding charges without informing customers is simply unethical. But that wasn't the worst part. As I was leaving, I accidentally bumped my head into a board that the owner had positioned at an astonishingly low height of just 5 feet. When I raised the issue with the staff, I was astonished to learn that they too had complained about this dangerous setup, and even some had injured themselves. What shocked me even more was the owner's response when he finally showed up. Instead of taking responsibility for this hazardous condition, he arrogantly stated that I should have been more careful while walking. It's deeply concerning to see an owner prioritize his business's convenience over customer safety. It's evident that the owner places no value on the well-being of his patrons. Putting a sharp-edged iron board at head level in a crowded area is a recipe for disaster, and his nonchalant attitude about potential injuries is appalling. I strongly caution anyone considering a visit to Nasi and Mee - Koramangala. Not only will you be subjected to a hidden service charge, but you might also risk injury due to their negligent setup. It's disappointing to see such a disregard for customer safety, and it's a clear reflection of the establishment's priorities. Save yourself the frustration and potential harm, and consider dining elsewhere. Your safety should never be compromised for the sake of a meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
