With so many good cafés and restaurants coming in Hyderabad, Naomi happens to be an exception when it comes to taste, quality, hygiene and service.Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered hot chocolate and chocolate hazelnut shake, and both of them were surprisingly sour in taste. We returned them and were later told by the server that the chocolate they used had gone bad which led to that taste!We ordered Pink sauce Fettucine pasta and it has a proper thumb size piece of plastic in it!Absolute health hazard!Prices are that of a premium restaurant but food is rancid, you have to keep waiting for servers. Washroom was reeking bad and was drenched completely in water.Spoke to the owner before leaving, she was quite apologetic, but unfortunately that can't make up for the fact that I fed my 15 months old daughter some food which can potentially put her health at risk because of them.Considering filing a complaint with the food inspector office.Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Place looks abandoned with no waiters around. We had to go inside and look for somebody. Food was good however v bad service and cleanliness is bad. Dessert counter looked unhygienic. A printed bill also could not be presented.
